i give my car there my car was a new 2025 Toyota camry i got in accident in march 18 2025 which it wasn't my fault and police said the same thing i give my car there they said they will give like a new car i they called me to get the car the car was looking like a trash there were same scratches all over the car i told them to change the rims and tires they didn't do it the paint it the rims and didn't even chage the tires pls i am telling yall don't go there.
Paid for service that was never corrected after 3 visits. Slight squeal coming from rear rotors we replaced from home. Ended up taking car to an independent mechanic in the Fairfax area and the issue was corrected after the first time. Toyota explained we needed new pads, rotors and calipers and we explained the emergency brake mechanism may need adjusting as scrubbing can cause a squeal.
