Took my car for a service. I bought it from this location and they are unaware I have a service and maintenance plan. So charged me for it. All previous services also had various issues.
Michaela, my representative was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped get the car checked in validated the mileage and did not try to upsell anything. I will definitely go back. Alex
The facilities are nice inside like the waiting room but my oil change took 3 hours. There’s no reason why this should take that long for a scheduled appointment. Even though I had the Kia maintenance plan for a free oil change, I was charged the full price until I told them to check my plan again. Finally they let it be free. I also had months of severe issues with my plates, sales person, and an insurance dispute that were resolved eventually but were a lot of hassle and stress. I will not be buying my next car here.
Quick service, no big oversell on useless products/procedures, good staff. Facility desperately needs an upgrade.
