A truly awful place. Each time I go it gets worse. Now they just rescheduled my already booked service.
I purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage in September 2025 and scheduled my first service appointment for June 27, 2026. I drove nearly an hour from Prince George’s County, Maryland, to Ourisman Kia for my scheduled appointment, only to be told upon arrival that my vehicle could not be serviced because someone had called out of work.
