I took my car in for an acceleration issue and wish I chose a different Kia dealership. To be clear, this isn’t on the workers at the service center, it’s on the management. They diagnosed my problem then next day, and then the day after that it seemed that every employee in the service center quit. And while I sympathize, that’s not really my problem. A truly awful place. Each time I go it gets worse. Now they just rescheduled my already booked service.
