Ourisman Collision Center is amazing. I had a dent so I took it in and they repaired it like if nothing happened. The customer service is excellent they took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I highly recommend them they are great!
It felt like I had a personal concierge through out the whole experience. Randy went above and beyond my expectations, took care of every little detail. If you are looking for a body shop, this is the place. They also have Enterprise rental next door if you need to rent a car, very convenient.
Excellent service From the minute I walked into the office until I got my car back, everything was explained, I was kept informed, and the result was perfect. Could not have asked for better.
Very pushy service team. I came in asking for an estimate from an accident based on Geico's request. Over five times I was asked why I wasn't leaving my car there for repairs. It was a shock that I wanted a price estimate and statement if work before signing an agreement. It took them seven hours to provide an estimate; the estimate only included visible damage aka they would mask the cosmetic damage but not fix the damaged frame.
