Easy in and out. Shuttle service to the Metro, and a well appointed waiting area.

Here’s why I’m irritated. I brought my Jeep in for service on April 15th for a known issue with screen delamination on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After waiting almost 2 hours for an estimate they came back and said it would be over $2000 to replace the radio which is the easy fix for them. In the text exchange I had clicked “this seems too expensive.” I was handed my keys back with no conversation about alternatives or anything.
