Family bought many cars, trucks, ask for them to order, loan , buy wheel.lock key for a brand new car. That was not in car when bought they would not help said pay $260. They will remove lock, then I can pay for new lugs but no key. We will never buy another car, truck again .

Compre una trok ram en ese diler y me ensendio una luz del heck Engine y ise una sita 815am y me digeron que dejara la trok para un dinostico y que tardaba 2 o 4 días para darme la trok y el resultado y no asecte esa información porque en otros lugares en 30 minutos tiene el resultado

Awful customer experience. I made an appointment to test drive a car on a Saturday morning at 10am. The day before, they called me to confirm the appointment and I did. The morning of at about 9am, I called them to confirm again. They said come on by. When I showed up, they told me the car “had been sold” yesterday and I couldn’t test drive it. Then tried to convince me to order a new build without having test driven. Total waste of time, disorganized or dishonest or both.
