Buying a car here was great but the service department was terrible. Not worth coming back for the advertised free oil change.
AWFUL STEALERSHIP! I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR IF I COULD, LITERALLY CALLED OVER THE PHONE AND WAS QUOTED A PRICE AND WHEN WE SHOWED UP, THEY TRIED TO ADD ON MORE OPTIONAL PACKAGES AND SAID THIS IS THE NEW PRICE. THIS STEALERSHIP STILL DO "MARKET ADJUSTMENT" ON THERE CARS AND ADD ON ADDITIONAL MARKUP ON MOST OF THEYRE VEHICLES ON THE LOT AND THE FORCE OPTIONAL PACKAGES ON USED CARS!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN RIGHT?
BEWARE! As others have mentioned, this service center advertises coupon deals to lure you in, then charges significantly higher prices.
I traded in my car over the weekend for a newer vehicle, and I had an awesome experience. Devonta helped me through the process. He was very professional and patient, answered all of my questions, and just really helped me with everything! I definitely would recommend!
