I scheduled with the online severice department a 0845 hour, oil change maintainance service appointment, on Saturday, May 30, 2026. I arrived to the dealership at approximately 0840 hours to a long line of vehicles waiting. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I was checked in, I enquired about the number of vehicles ahead of me prior to checking in and the assoicate advised that scheduled appointments get seen first.
