Went today to this dealership and my appointment was at 8:30 and I am just now leaving just for an oil change this is ridiculous mind you I have been at this location twice before and never had an issue but today the advisor John has terrible customer service and also the manager on duty I didn’t get his name but they really was going back and forth with me about how long I had to wait then John proceeds to say we are only 25 minutes off excuse and than the manager compare this situation saying you have to wait at the doctor... read more
They tried to tell me I needed new brakes on a brand new car with 9,000 miles, with two car seats in the back. They were very confident that my brakes were extremely low. I took it somewhere else, who told me the brakes were completely fine and that was just a Chevy brake sensor issue… Miraculously when I brought this information back to them, the entire story changed. This is the second time they try to pull some scam stuff.
So rude!!!! Terrible customer service. Will never return to this location.
On April 16, my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse, with only 21,000 miles and still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, experienced its first transmission related issue. They charged me about $700 worth of diagnostic tests for issues with my truck. I told them what I believed was wrong. The internet even knew what was wrong. They ended up saying it was something else going wrong and that it was a different kind of repair. I said I’m not going to do it. They charged me $200 and some change for each diagnostic.
