This review hope helps others, after waiting and setting in my car for a while, finally the service advisor showed and asking me to leave your vehicle till Monday for just a oil change, and I needed to do oil change because I was traveling to another state, I was regular customer all my fleet drivers was referred to this dealer by myself and we are now looking to another good and flexible dealer
I am absolutely furious and extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in because it was making a rattling and shaking noise while driving. I clearly explained the problem when I dropped it off, expecting them to properly diagnose and fix the issue. They claimed it was an oil leak and kept my car for two weeks. This place has a lot of great people working there. To bad some just don’t know the basics of their vehicle and wants things done like a drive through fast food restaurant. Another thing for readers a love to point there’s signs for each department, hrs for each department are on sight too. There’s a lady that stays after 6pm as far I realize she’s a receptionist if you don’t see someone on the parts sign after 6pm it's because they’re close it’s written in the door when you walk in.
