I had to call 4 times for an update on my vehicle to see what type of arrangements I needed to make to get around and to go to work. Of course the person that was in charge never responded. Also 2 messages were left for his phone extension. So I was able to reach him on the 4th attempt. Funny thing is I was actually gonna trade my vehicle in to get a new vehicle. Customer service sucks
I brought my car in for an electrical estimate on Tuesday morning. I was told it would take three days. I have been calling since Thursday morning trying to get an update. Each time Drew claims he will call me back in 30 minutes. Doesn’t return messages. Now when I call he doesn’t even say hello, just puts me on hold. Apparently he went home and left me on hold. It’s now Friday at 5. At this point I just want my car back to being elsewhere.
