Good costumer service
Marcus was great to deal with. He has a great sense of humor and our easy back and forth set the stage for a good experience at the dealership… and car dealerships are usually not my favorite venues. Who would not like dealing with Marcus?
Dealer phone representative said manager would contact me back regarding an employee using the shuttle that was screaming his head off at me when I merged into his lane with plenty of space. They did not contact me back. Very troubling!!! Edit: They said they would call me a few days ago in response to review but didn’t.
