Terrible experience with Ourisman and clearly they lack the customer service part of the service industry. Don’t waste your time with these clowns unless you want poor service and a continued headache.
The Service technicians are very professional, courteous. Very pleased with their services except once when I had to have them re-do my front brakes. Radiator replacement was done exceptionally.
