Bus was late and broke down. Contacted customer service and they informed me that they made it close enough even this we had to walk several miles to reach the destination. Refused any reimbursement. Will not use this company again.
Avoid this company. I cancelled 1 of my 2 seats well in advance. Support confirmed it and their app updated correctly, but they still illegally charged my card the full $287 instead of $147. I spent 6 days (144 hours) in their support chat getting nothing but automated "24-48 hours" stalling tactics. I finally had to file a formal fraud dispute/chargeback with my bank to get my $140 back. Horrific customer service and deceptive billing. Never again!!
OurBus canceled our bus tickets (and the entire scheduled route) the night before departure. When trying to find a replacement, most bus tickets were highly priced due to the cancelation being so last minute. Even when they are the ones at fault, "refunds" are only given in OurBus credits.
Took the NYC to DC route with a planned stop in Columbia. During the stop, the replacement driver and outgoing driver got into an argument, and then a physical altercation which ended up involving a passenger as well. Police were called to the scene, one of the drivers was charged and drove away when he was supposed to drive us back to DC, and the journey was delayed by over an hour. You couldn't make it up. Extremely embarrassing for a company trying to compete with the big bus providers.
