Took the NYC to DC route with a planned stop in Columbia. During the stop, the replacement driver and outgoing driver got into an argument, and then a physical altercation which ended up involving a passenger as well. Police were called to the scene, one of the drivers was charged and drove away when he was supposed to drive us back to DC, and the journey was delayed by over an hour. You couldn't make it up. Extremely embarrassing for a company trying to compete with the big bus providers.
Terrible Experience! Our group booked a bus with this company, and it was an absolute nightmare. The bus NEVER showed up at the scheduled location, leaving us stranded without any explanation or updates. To make matters worse, they didn’t refund us but instead asked us to reschedule the bus for three days later—completely unacceptable. This was supposed to be a stress-free solution, but it turned into a huge hassle. Worst company to book your trip with! Avoid at all costs.
I went to the stop and there were no signs that I could see for “our bus” so I had to go to Union station only to find out that “our bus” sells for other companies which is false advertising. I had to buy a ticket from another company as not to be late. I spent 30 min on live chat and they would not even offer me a voucher. I do not recommend this company.
They changed my bus a day before my trip to a much lower featured bus with no restroom. They were also late. I will not be taking this bus again and do not recommend you use this bus service.
Trash company. Cancelled my bus ride 1 hour before we were supposed to leave to NYC. Horrible customer service!!
