Absolutely loved staying here and would stay here again. We stayed in the basic cabins and loved it. Cabins are right along the river and the river trail.walking distance to town. Felt very private in our cabin and it seems like staff try to assign cabins so you aren't right next to each other when possible. Cabins was super clean. According to the cabin log some of the visitors had issues with mice but we did not (visited at the beginning of September). Liz and Austin were our office representatives and they were both excellent and very friendly. Harry one of the maintenance guys was extremely helpful multiple times. Beautiful setting for the campground and we would go back. another maintenance man who was very helpful as well. It was nice and quiet and dark promoting good rest at night they have washers and dryers and a small game room, decent bathrooms and showers. This place was amazing! My wife and I decided to stay here for our anniversary. Amber reached out within 20 minutes of booking our room and was so helpful with making our stay special. We had requested roses to be in our room and she drove to Montrose to make sure we had the right color of roses since the florist in Ouray was out of stock. They were also able to upgrade us to a cabin due to a last minute cancellation! Paula set up everything in our cabin and it looked phenomenal. Unbeatable location, nestled right on the river and perfectly positioned on the north side of town, this spot offers both tranquility and convenience. I stayed in a charming rustic cabin. The service was exceptional, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Truly a top-notch stay.
