I had previously posted this review under a different Google Account that no longer exists. Realized my old review was deleted, so I am reposting this. Back on April 16, 2023, I was driving through Colorado on my way to Texas when I noticed my dog Bella was unable to urinate. She was drinking lots of water, but nothing was coming out. Big problem! Our shop cat got into a fight with another cat where he suffered an injury to his eyelid. As soon as I called and explained what was going on, they were able to see us immediately. The veterinarian was so gentle and thorough with his care to our cat. He was able to trim off the excess eyelid that was hanging and give him a rabies vaccination. The bill was very reasonable for having never seen us before, being an emergency visit and preforming minor surgery. They really went above and beyond with his care. Very impressed with... read more

Joe's care is tailored, thorough, and kind. He provided a second opinion for our cat, Ross's chronic condition. We ultimately decided to get additional testing and do a course of FIP treatment which probably saved Ross's life. Joe has cared for 2 generations of our dogs also.

We are camping close to Ouray and visiting from Tennessee. Ego needed his monthly shot of Librela for his osteoarthritis. Needless to say, Dr. Alaimo and his tech Stormy were kind and accommodating. They took care of all Ego's needs with love and professionalism. He was able to do everything without sedation, including drawing blood for a CBC, which is awesome. Stormy escorted us to the elevator and used her key to allow us to go to and down due to Ego's inability to climb stairs. They went above and beyond, and their prices... read more
