Dr Joe has been our family vet since I was a little kid even with his move to Delta I refuse to take my animals anywhere else I am absolutely positive that Erica and Dr Joe or my senior dog's favorite people and when we had to have her put down they handled it with so much love and care. Anytime we've had an emergency he gets our dogs and super quick and makes it as comfortable for them as possible couldn't ask for a better vet the amount of compassion he has for both animals and their owners is a beautiful thing. We had a great experience going to Dr Joe at Ouray Vet! Our dog was attacked by an aggressive dog on while hiking, and needed stitches in his eye. They were quick to get us in, and they took good care of our dog. We are so grateful for their help and kindness! Highly recommend!

Our super senior family kitty is grateful to Dr. Joe for helping her out. The most recent was a Saturday emergency surgery. Dr. Joe & his assistants were gentle & kind with our scardey-kitty. Thank you, Ouray County Veterenary Services

I had previously posted this review under a different Google Account that no longer exists. Realized my old review was deleted, so I am reposting this. Back on April 16, 2023, I was driving through Colorado on my way to Texas when I noticed my dog Bella was unable to urinate. She was drinking lots of water, but nothing was coming out. Big problem!
