Tom is the consummate professional and as we call him at our house “A magician”. He has an artist’s eye and has an amazing ability to figure out how to make a tricky project work! He does amazing work, is fair and honest in his pricing and if he says he will do something he always does.
Tom is an artist! He is punctual, professional, and incredibly tidy. During our substantial remodel, he was mindful of how invasive the process could be, allowing us to continue functioning in our home while he worked. There aren’t enough stars on here to accurately rate Tom and Ourada Designs. Tom restored our 1960’s stairs that had been bruised, battered, scratched and covered in carpet into a beautiful and squeak free modern stair case (with new custom rail). Tom was a thoughtful, clean, and very communicative. Bonus points for him also saving our kitten who got herself stuck 40 feet up a tree.
We recently worked with Tom to install our new oak hardwood floors, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and even our contractor was impressed with the quality of Tom’s work. Throughout our home remodel, we’ve worked with many experts, but Tom truly stands out. He goes above and beyond — when he noticed I was struggling with sanding our front porch, he generously offered me his own sander to use. Tom is professional and friendly. He both restored our old floor and installed new wood floors. Our home is now more beautiful because of it! Ourada Designs came highly recommended to us and it’s no secret why. Their work is excellent, the pricing fair, and the service top notch.
