Took my dog here for the first time- he had not been to a vet since he was a puppy. The vet was patient and thorough and explained everything really well. Reasonably priced.
Before I start, I will say my dog is not an easy dog to deal with. He is by nature a nervous dog. On top of that, he was abducted (and we suspect abused) last year. I warned the clinic of this before I even proceeded to book an appointment over the phone with them. As well as, let them know he hasn't been to a vet since I got him back from the pound after he was abducted, so I wasn't sure how he would do. Amazing staff, i had an emergency and I was freaky out I rang and they said come straight in. I can't say thankyou enough. And the price was amazing. You guys are the best.
Not very impressed with this vet at all. I get paid monthly and pay usually comes in midnight on the 15th. an emergency came up where my cat was attacked and injured this happened on the 14th the appointment that was offered and then consequently cancelled was for the 15th. They cancelled the appointment rather than having empathy on a suffering animal not because they won't get paid because they will but because they wont get paid quick enough.
