I had phoned the Petstock Vet in South Morang ( we have never been here before) this morning and had the pleasure of speaking with Phillicia. I had advised her of my dogs ear infection and his behavioral issues and they were so accommodating to have an appointment available in the afternoon. I took my beautiful boy Stevie in as he was experiencing stomach pain and bloating. Tamara did a fantastic job over the phone, carefully triaging the situation and asking all the right questions to determine whether it was a genuine emergency or something that could wait for a routine appointment. I believe this is incredibly important, as it helps ensure our fur babies have access to these wonderful vets and vet nurses when they need them most.
