Personally not a client but my daughter would not take her pets anywhere else. They are caring, compassionate, thorough and dedicated to pets and owners.
Don't bother, waited 50mins for my appointment while the vet was with one person before me ( her friendscame to visit!). No apologies still waiting. Not happy with the service, going elsewhere now.. seriously if you knew you were going to chat for an hour at least say something.. Receptionist was lovely..
We had a wonderful experience at Our Vet Cranbourne with Dr Annie Liao. She explained everything clearly and showed genuine care for our kitten, Mae. Truly one of the best vet experiences we’ve had. Thank you, Dr Annie!
We had to take our beloved Enzo to be put to sleep. It wasn’t pretty and for us it wasn’t easy to do it. The team was respectful, quiet and calm while we shared our last minutes with him. Thank you
