The best way I can describe Our town automotive is "WOW". I gotta say this business is absolutely wonderful. I had the NRMA out to check my daughter's Mercedes as it wasn't starting. It recently had a new battery, but I guess this could still have been the issue, but NRMA said it was the starter motor. So I took it to Our Town Automotive on a Friday thinking I would need to leave it there for a few days, which they confirmed maybe the case as the part had to be ordered in, plus they close earlier on a Friday. Excellent service from the crew at Our Town Automotive. I use their mobile service for my caravan pink slip for over 7 years now. Excellent service from when you call to book an appointment to them carrying out the inspection and after, with the paperwork and commutation. Always a pleasure to deal with. They make this task simple for you.
I’ve had my daughter’s car in a couple of times with Our Town Auto and they are always so friendly and super helpful. As I live away, it gives me real peace of mind knowing there are people I can trust who know what they’re doing looking after her car. Highly recommend!
