I’ve had my daughter’s car in a couple of times with Our Town Auto and they are always so friendly and super helpful. As I live away, it gives me real peace of mind knowing there are people I can trust who know what they’re doing looking after her car. Highly recommend!
Unacceptable behaviour they didn't fix the car charger me $982.45 and said we replace the one part and they didn't now how to fix the problem because it's Toyota take it to Toyota service but they charge $982.45 and didn't fix the problem
Went there recently and got a service done, they managed to leave a breather hose unplugged causing oil to spurt at the bonnet, aswell as not putting some hose clips on properly. Edit: Their reply, everyone knows its just a way to try to discredit reviews.

If I could give no stars I would, terrible mechanic and staff!! I used to take my vehicles with them until recently! They are dodgy. You don’t even know where they get their parts from. I am a new mum and heavily pregnant at the time so I got my nephew to take the vehicle there as I couldn’t drive anyway we believed it could be “alternator” problem.
