Here for 2 months for work so their month to month pass was a great option. Had some trouble the first time getting the app to work and subscribe, but no issues since. My truck comes out clean and the wash is superbly maintained, no concern taking my vehicle through. It washes my truck just as well as the big tunnel washes in Fort Wayne (at much lower price). There is similar Autec carwash machines back home and they do not clean nearly as well as Our Town's, you can tell its because of how they keep the equipment!

There's really nothing negative to be said about this place. I use the self service bays every week, the water is clean and doesn't leave a residue after the wash, hot and cold water rinse which is a big rarity in self bays. Triple shine foam works great! Please make sure to keep those up! They are the first thing I normally notice go out in other washes. But thank you to the company or family that bought and rebuilt that wash. It's a definite gem addition to the businesses of Fairborn.

I went today for the first time. The wash was great. I accidentally had my windshield wipers on because I wasn’t paying attention. It ended up getting ripped off. When I told the lady and the gentleman they went and got it for me and helped me try to put it back on. It wouldn’t click on all the way so she insisted she give me money to replace it even though it was completely my fault. They were both really sweet and very kind. I will definitely be going back! 10/10 recommend.

Chiggers all over the east side of the building and even the vacuum itself. We started putting things from the car onto the curb by the single vacuum, and I noticed them all over the curb. Then I realized they were even on the vacuum machine and all around the parking space and concrete. Luckily, we had insect spray in the car for ourselves and stuff. Awesome end to an already rough day.
