Originally from Thailand, our owner Pat has nurtured a life-long dream to open her own restaurant, and, with support from her husband and co-owner Jim, her vision has blossomed into Our Thai House. RecommendedAs a frequent visitor of Our Thai house, I have their phone number saved in my phone. We order from them at least 2-3x a month. We have never had an issue with them except for tonight. Tonight we placed an order that we usually order, knowing spice levels very well. Upon ordering on the phone, we were met with very rude customer service. I love this place, but today I was a little disappointed with the service. I was not offered salad with my lunch, but the customers after me were brought theirs. I mentioned it and she said she was very busy before I came in so she did not have time to make me a salad (when I arrived, there was one lady sitting at the table and a to-go order).
