Started at Artemis with Rolland, Hayden and Shawnee just this past January and am already feeling progress in a few short months. The whole team is fantastic and look forward to continuing the training journey with them

As an ex-athlete and former distance runner, I have a long history of pushing through pain. I’ve dealt with stress fractures and chronic injuries, and recently even tore both menisci simultaneously while dancing to "Jump Around" in wedges because my quads weren't strong enough to stick the landing.
