I wanted to update this post as I have recently tried the lymphatic massage, and it has been a gamechanger in terms of alleviating my carpal tunnel pain and the cramping I occasionally experience in my feet. Signature Reset with Sound Healing- this special session was amazing! The massage was so relaxing and worked out some serious tension! Then, I had a facial and my skin came out smoother than it has ever been! We discussed skin care and she gave me some recommendations. Off to the sauna and finished with a magnesium foot soak. During our sessions we enjoyed the peaceful music played in-person as we moved about the spa. What a perfect way to start my weekend after a long week at work!
