Niko was very knowledgeable about all the makes/models and didn’t push or make us feel rushed. After we picked a mattress he did inform us his store offers 2% off the best deal available currently with any of the brands. Ultimately we left to think. When we called to make the purchase he quickly helped place it over the phone. Great experience and definitely a better deal than the best deal online
