My daughter was married in in June 2014 in a dress from The Bridal Store. The wedding was a lovely day that celebrated love and lifelong commitment. The entire planning process went quite smoothly and almost effortlessly... EXCEPT FOR THE DRESS BUYING EXPERIENCE, The staff at the Bridal Store were so unprofessional. This place has the worst customer service ever! They are unprofessional and the alterations Are horrible!I have never been so upset in my life! They screwed up my dress and had to end up wearing flats! If you buy anything from there don't expect anything more. Also, do not do any alterations there. They are over priced and honestly they don't know how to do their job! They can't even get a simple hemming right.
