Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. We scheduled our appointment for between 7:30-8:00am for the technicians to be at our house. At 11:30am we called and were told that they looked at the schedule wrong. They showed up after 1:00pm. The information they gave us was not complete (our first time owning our own pool so we needed guidance). Then I called when I had questions and I was completely blown off. These people are the absolute best! Very efficient with great customer service. Reasonable and willing to answer questions, they go the distance to make their customers happy. The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled and the cleaning crews are very thorough. The retail store is so much fun!
