Be careful when dealing with this company! When we accepted the £75 per hour we presumed (wrongly as it turned out) that from previous experiences with the trade the job would be assessed quoted for and fitted for this price excluding parts, no we received the quote for the part and fitting PLUS £75 for the pleasure of a quote (apparently Our Plumber does not, in his words “offer free quotes for small jobs” Needless to say after being threatened with legal action and his own Our Plumbers late payment addition of £120 (not ch... read more
Thank you Lee for your very quick response when my wife called you on Thursday . You fitted us in Friday for a visit and worked out what was needed to be done and was back to do for us Monday .You infact looked at 3 problems we had and you then were able to get us sorted with everything. Would use again cheerful, quick to respond and very thorough! Would highly recommend and absolutely use again 👍
Had to arrange for Lee to look at a plumbing issue at short notice on two occasions now and was able to resolve within a very reasonable time frame. Excellent service and hourly rate provided up front so was able to know what cost would roughly be. The work was very satisfactory and good standard and left so tidy you wouldn't know he'd been. Definitely recommend.
