This could and should have been a five-star review. The condos are beautiful. It's in walking distance to the beach. It has a beautiful pool. What makes this only a 3-star review? Our unit was supposed to be cleaned before our arrival at 4:00 on a Saturday. I was NOT. I called our agent, told them the situation, as my daughter and her family was already there, I was 2 hours away, and they had housekeeping go back in and clean the unit before I got there. Very out of date , bathroom showers is from the 70's. The kitchen setup is difficult, sink faucet needs tightened.
Stayed in I 202 from 8/9/2024 to 8/16/2024. Upon arrival we noticed a few things. No parking passes. Second bedroom door would not latch or lock. Main bathroom door did not latch or lock. Sliding glass door handle was loose and fell off by day 2. Called condo the day we arrived and reported the issues. Nothing was done by checkout. The stove looked to be from back in the 70's. Dishwasher had a foul smell when you opened it. 2 6" frying pans to try to cook for 4 people was a task as well. The patio furniture was rusty and had... read more
