I had a bizarre experience with this provider. When scheduling my cat’s at-home euthanasia, I told the vet that I could do 4 pm or later on Friday September 4th. I’m then asked if I could make the appointment before 4 because quote, “It was supposed to be her day off”. I told her that I wasn’t able to get off of work and she told me we’d schedule for 4 but to text her if I got home any sooner. I was emailing all week with Dr. Monica and keeping her updated on the status of our beloved Ajax - AKA Poopsie who was a 17yr old cat. We had the rainbow bridge crossing appointment for Friday. Late Thursday afternoon he started to decline. I called Dr. Monica and explained what was going on. She immediately offered to come right away. She is truly an angel on earth. Losing my girl dog was the hardest thing ever. Although I’m grateful immensely of having Dr. Monica Inniss coming to my home to peacefully send my baby Sassy Frass to doggie heaven. I’m still grieving her loss but I know she isn’t suffering. Thank you Dr. Inniss for your kindness and understanding.
