Our recent experience at the University Pet Hospital on 2/5/2025 was nothing short of wonderful. From the minute we entered, we were warmly greeted by a super friendly staff member (whose name regrettably escapes me), setting a positive tone for the entire visit. Mattie is the greatest at University Animal Hospital. Takes care of my cat Natasha as thou it's her own. Very compassionate, Contentious and honest! Sad to hear Mattie no longer works there. She was the best. Wishing Mattie the best on her next endeavor. Anybody who knows where she works now, please let me know.
This place always come in the clutch when I had to take my cat there for emergencies or stitches for example. I had another pet now so we will see how it goes because I’ll be back I am sure!
