I come from out of town and there’s often a wait but it’s completely worth it based on the great care I receive from Dr.Kimelman and the other staff, been coming here for 10 years.
They will NOT answer the phone! I’ve been calling for months and leaving messages. Dr. Briggs leaves after almost 2 years of being on leave and then they don’t help get on with the new doctor, won’t answer the phone so I can’t make a meet and greet appointment with any other doctor there. I’m really disappointed.
I was a patient here for 20 years. Now they appear to be closed. Dr Briggs quit, and no one answers emails or phone calls to any of the listed numbers or addresses. I am a gay man who was traumatized by homophobic doctors so I only came here. Now I don't know where gay people are supposed to go, but I've tried everything to get in touch and no one will accept anything except donations which makes me wonder who's pockets are benefiting.
I was a patient here since the Broadway location. Appointments often run very late and visits can stretch to a couple of hours, which makes it hard if you’re working or not feeling well. The staff are friendly, but it’s difficult to get consistent follow-up or continuity of care if your needs become more complex. In my case, communication between doctors didn’t go smoothly and it was hard to know who was responsible for follow-up. It was an important service for me at one point, but I’m grateful to have moved on.
