I love my doctor here but I can't stand the office anymore. It's so hard to get an appointment, booking online means waiting WEEKS and they never tell you why you're denied. The "medeo" system is just awful and messages seem to go into a void and never get answered. If I try to book on the phone, they lecture me and try to make me feel bad about an appointment that I "missed" 12 months and 5 appointments ago, when I've never missed an appointment in my life. Was told my Disability tax credit forms had been filled and filed months ago, which I paid out of pocket for. Just found out indeed they were not, and I have been waiting nearly a year for this to be resolved. Ridiculous!

I initially felt lucky to find a doctor who claimed to be trauma-informed and accepting. As someone with PTSD who takes my health seriously, I expected respectful, collaborative care.
