I had a very unpleasant experience with the hospital’s receptionist/sectionist. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not treat patients with respect or kindness, and her attitude was very negative. When people come to a hospital, they are often already stressed or unwell — staff should show care and understanding, not frustration or disrespect. The hospital should pay attention to how their front-desk staff communicate with patients, as the first impression really matters. I hope management takes this ... read more

Very shit system they have , keep me waiting for 3 hours , after 3 hours said you basically missed your turn , while on the app keep saying wait infront room no 10 Time waster And the staff in front desk don’t know what she doing there , even we knock the door , the doctor also don’t bother ,

I saw some of the 1-star reviews, and maybe I'm one of the lucky ones. But recently I went there to get a dental check, and it was very easy to book an appointment, I did not have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes ,and the whole process was easy and stress-free. Maybe their dental clinic is different from their GP clinic.
