Horrendous experience. Prioritisation of patients makes no medical sense. Kept waiting for more than an hour whilst others continue to be attended to ahead of ourselves. Kindly sought to understand and then acknowledged error and fault. Following acknowledgment, then proceeds to push another patient ahead. Disgraceful
We have visited this radiology multiple times for the family from the youngest to the oldest. They are always very pleasant and friendly people, promptly attend to you without delay. Whenever I booked an appointment, I was almost always seen early. Only once did I have to wait even 5 mins. The procedure is completed very efficiently. Just amazing experience every time. The same applies to Our Medical Kellyville Pathology and Dental as well. Just goes to show that the whole centre has good working culture.
My experience was absolutely fantastic, no hassel,quick, very professional and helpful staff. I like the fact that the waiting time is very less as compared to other Medical centres. Love the working hours suits everyone.
