I cannot praise Falguni enough. I made a very last minute booking, Falguni asked the lovely receptionist to confirm the booking and took me through straight away. During the ultrasound, I was feeling quite nervous and emotional, but her reassurance and genuine care and compassion made me feel so much calmer. Having such a supportive and advocative health care professional truly makes you feel like you are in the best hands. Thank you Falguni!

Very disappointing experience. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes for the doctor to arrive, only to be told that the doctor is not even at the medical centre yet and that they have sent him a message and are waiting for him. I am extremely unwell and exhausted, and sitting here waiting with no idea when the doctor will arrive is very frustrating. They were very helpful and managed to find me the earliest available appointment. The lady who performed the ultrasound was also very kind and professional. I had a very positive experience, and I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Fantastic services from start to finish. Anyway kinda had an idea what I was dealing with, and was in extreme pain (8/10). Had anyway checked into Medical Centre and they advised me to talk with radiology to see if CT was running on Sunday afternoon. Greeted by a friendly receptionist I explained I probably needed an abdominal CT, and advised I was in extreme pain, they said to come see them after referral. Saw doctor, came back, and was in and out for CT scans in 10 minutes. Absolutely amazing service.. happy to recommend.
