The worst medical centre, I had checked in told it would be a 2.5 hour wait, 2 hours in I checked to see my progress was then told my name wasn't even on the waiting list, was then told my name would be put up the que, only to find out an hour later that was a lie and got told to wait another 2 hours and walked out Wouldn't send my dog there
Last month I visited Our Medical at North Lakes from a GP and I submitted the receipt I got from there for claim. NIB rejected it because it did not have the MBS code and service providing name to indicate which service was provided. For that I again went to North Lakes Our Medical. The staff there, reception and accounts, refused to print me as per NIB privet health cover requirement, so this was a very bad experience for me. Our Medical has experience bad for international students and private health cover persons .
