The receptionist (young indian girl) is absolutely useless. Asked basic information about the doctors and she was unaware about the doctors qualifications. I also noticed her be very dismissive with other patients. I wish people in such places come with a little more empathy.

I found my experience here really upsetting. When I went in needing help, I felt like the doctors didn’t listen or take my concerns seriously. It’s frustrating and disappointing when you’re trying to get proper care and don’t feel heard. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you actually need medical support or advice. However, if you only need a quick medical certificate, they seem to handle that without any issues. I hope they can improve how they listen to and support their patients in the future
If going to Ombudsman, make sure you have hard evidence (video, voice recordings, photos, emails, etc) of all interactions/visits you have with GP, allied health & receptionist. *It's legal to record without their consent in QLD* Also check ur medical records & billings to see if everything is accurate. Very helpful to include as much details as possible in ur reviews (names, photo & description, date, time, details of discussion, reasons, etc). This is by far the worst medical clinic I have even been to. My partner has attended this clinic multiple times this year..each time waiting for approx 2hours to be seen by a Dr for less than 2minutes being told that they couldn't help and that they would need to see another Dr and to return the next day, only to return the next day and wait another 2 hours, to receive another 2minute appoint to be told come back again tomorrow.
