Very disappointing experience with this clinic. I waited for 2 hours only to be told the doctor had to leave and I could not be seen. This is not the first issue I’ve had here either. Previously, I was asked to wait for the nurse and sat there for almost 1.5 hours before finding out the GP never even put me into the system before leaving. Another time, I requested a physio referral and was told it would be done, but after waiting a month with no response, I went back and was told they simply forgot. Plenty of drs working. Only a very short wait. And bulk billed.
Really loved our first to the centre ...miss 3 was scared but the doctor made us both comfortable ...we were welcomed and listened to ...the doctor was amazing and we will be making our medical our family doctors ...thank you
Your phone service is ridiculous no one answers and the wait time can be up to 4 hours here to see a Dr .. I really hope it can improve I have been coming here for years !
