Awesome service, caring and understanding
Helpfully and friendly staff
have been trying to call this clinic for the past two weeks, multiple times and have been on hold for HOURS, haven’t even gotten through once plus i have sent through online inquiries. i have moved to north queensland and cannot visit the clinic in person and simply I’m trying to retrieve an important medical document. absolutely disgusting.
Good place to go after hours if you’re after a long wait. Waited for about an hour with a few people in front of us and it seemed like the doctors weren’t taking in any new patients within that hour. Didn’t hear any names called out when we were in the waiting room at all. No ETA on times. Can only say it closes so late because they struggle to get through their patient load at a decent rate.
Checked in at 8am. Was in the centre. Got a msg to be at room 15 at 820. Got called in at 840am. 1st thing Hayatbakhsh said was I was going to cancel you. Me. Why? Him. I called you 4 times for 10mins. Me. Did you go to the other side? Him. No we are not allowed to. Must be a delay in the messages. I feel like I wasn't seen to after that as I came in for chest pain and he didn't even listen to my chest. I saw other doc walk around and call. He needs to do the same and not be lazy and rude.
