I hate to give it a one star they're really nice. They gave a me freebie but then I have to use an app to see what time my doctor is available and I can only walk in, I call twice and wait on hold for a combine 19 minutes. I get no answer and all I want is a phone call for my test results. I have a broken foot, just text me or call me or email me. But no they would like me to come in. Terrible policy.

Absolutely pathetic ,waited 3.5 hours and still hadn't seen a doctor won't be going there again

It's a walk in clinic, so it can take quite awhile to be seen so bring a book or something to do with you. Having said that, I saw Dr Pran Lal and he was absolutely fantastic, listening to my concerns, ordering tests and organising treatment all within days of my initial visit. The reception staff were lovely each time I visited, and Bella in the treatment room is an absolute gem.

I was seen by Dr Fraz. I can truely say that in my 55 years, I have never come across such a rude GP. In his room, there was a chair resting against the wall. I moved it slightly to angle it to face the doctor (corner was still touching the wall). Dr Fraz shouted at me, "Don't move the chair! Can't you read that big sign?" He pointed to a sign on the wall (wasn't that big). Dr Fraz walked towards me, put his hand on the chair and instructed, "move it back!" He was intimidating! I moved the chair back.
