do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. this place is a joke. 3 + hour wait to then be told to take cold and flu and drink fluids which i have already been doing. They don’t care for you at all. Biggest waste of time. Even went back a second time and saw a different doctor just to be told the same thing. They barely look at you they listened to my chest and looked at my throat and sent me on my way. What kind of care is this? What kind of doctors doesn’t take their patients seriously. Dr Rashid is a joke.
Waited over 2 hours and still didn't get to see a doctor. The first receptionist, a Caucasian female with curly brown hair was friendly and helpful and recommended us to a nurse first as my partner was in pain. Nurse was friendly but ultimately did nothing but take notes. After waiting 2 hours, we enquired how much longer we would have to wait and the second receptionist was rude and useless at giving information. She was the short, younger asian female. 2 hours of waiting, to be told another hour atleast. I arrived when the place was almost empty. You need to Put on more doctors this is a waste of everyone's time and money. And telling people you close at 10pm but having your last doctor finish before 6pm? That's false advertising. No wonder why people don't want to see doctors anymore this place is a joke.
the wait time is ridiculous! if you value your time pay a small amount go elsewhere ! not coming here again !
