We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received on Sunday! Honestly, we didn’t expect such efficiency in Sydney especially as walk-ins. From the moment we registered, it took barely two minutes before we were seen by the doctor. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
This clinic’s negligence almost cost my baby his life. I came in at 7pm (only because it’s the only Medical Centre in the area open after hours) with concerns about my 4 month old’s loud, unusual breathing and voice change. We even had videos of his breathing and showed the doctor our concerns. The doctor barely checked him, dismissed my concerns, and sent us home with Panadol advice. Hours later, at 1am my baby couldn’t breathe. We called an ambulance - he was diagnosed with croup, admitted to hospital and treated urgently.... read more
