Very disappointed with the operations of this medical centre. They are virtually uncontactable via phone. You either have to book online or attend the facility. But if you move etc, and need to contact them for whatever reason you can’t. There’s no phone line for you. They just direct you to the app.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, however operationally the medical centre needs improvement. The total lack of any hygiene practices is concerning. I attended the centre as a healthy patient and 2 days later I was overcome with a cold/flu. There is no hand sanitizer at this centre, so make sure you bring your own to keep yourself safe. The app doesn't show your queue position so be prepared for a long wait if you select a particular doctor, appears to be configured for choosing next available.
