Very disappointed with the receptionist at the North Lakes clinic today around 4:00 PM. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during check-in. We were already dealing with a stressful medical situation and the lack of empathy made the experience worse. We politely asked for her name, but she refused to provide it. I hope management addresses this.
He was very accommodating and told me what was happening next, what he could see and made sure I was okay all through the visit. Totally recommend if you need a great dentist.
