Absolutely the most caring dentist I have ever met, and the best assistant too! Dr Ivar and Ella were fantastic, and so patient with me, through my first ever extraction.
Where do I start! Absolutely petrified of the dentist and not proud to say but it’s been atleast 11years…finally built the courage after suffering chronic pain and sleepless nights… From the start the whole experience has been beyond fantastic the receptionist I believe their names where Ella and Dana ? Professional, fast and good and reliable doctors and nurses. And Cathy in the front desk was really helpful and informative.
Completely unprofessional 1) I was quoted a price for wisdom tooth extraction when booking in and it was $300 more after the surgery. 2) When booking in for the surgery they told me it had to be with the same dentist otherwise I would have to pay another consultation. I got the Xray in the same building, why am I paying for another consultation at the SAME dental clinic? Dr Faraz Hedayat-Seresht was excellent today. Had come down from Blue Mountains for emergency dental, he was so kind and gentle as I have a lot of anxiety with dentist. He fixed the problem with ease and we were in and out fairly quickly. Hands down one of the best dentist I ever been to. Will definitely be back to see him for follow up treatments
