The fact that I go with first available doctor and rush up stairs because it said the doctor is waiting to then be here for a hour and then find out I have been changed to another doctor and other people have come and gone before me when I arrived there was doctors waiting for someone to check in this is a joke. They think there system is the best and dosnt stuff up but it dose and the patient is the one who has to wear the cost of the app not working correctly
One thing that would significantly improve your service is ensuring that patients are treated with professionalism, respect, and consistency across all practitioners. Dr Phillip refused to see me for an updated Certificate of Capacity, despite Gallagher Bassett requesting this be completed as soon as possible. I am writing to express my concern about the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced from a receptionist during my visit today.I came to the clinic seeking care, but the dismissive tone and lack of courtesy made the experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. 2025 review: I have driven around 10 kms here a couple of times only to find out that they are no longer accepting any more patients for the evening. What a waste of time and fuel.... They should really just allow people to find out via the application if they are fully booked for the evening. 2024 review: There are over a dozen GP practices in the 3977 postcode but this place is probably the only one that is Walk In AND also is open till 10 pm.
