Dr. Berumen is wonderful I've been going to her now for about 5 years and she's cares for her patients, she's very knowledgeable professional sits listens and gives wonderful advice and is an exceptional healthcare provider I highly recommend her. She's never missed an appointment they reach out to me if I text or email whenever. They are on top of everything she's the one doctor I know I can count on when I need anything.
I have a complex trauma background. I have been let down by doctor after doctor. I was so hopeful after reading the reviews of this "doctor". She is one of the most inconsiderate people I have met, not even as a medical physician. She treated me with an unholy amount of disrespect. She interrupted me nearly every time I tried to speak. Cecilia is a wonderful NP, she takes the time to truly know her patients, meets with them regularly, collaborates with other providers, and has an excellent bedside manner. I refer to constantly and hear great feedback :)
Cecilia is the best mental health care provider I’ve ever experienced and I’ve worked with many over the years! She is incredibly down-to-earth and has a remarkable ability to ground and support me with genuine compassion, grace, and kindness. Her approach feels deeply human, never clinical or cold.
