I would give a lower rating if it was possible. The doctors are ok but their system treats the patients as an inconvenience. If there was a way of not serving the patients at all would be their goal. The Our Medical system in my opinion is an insult to patient care and if it was not the case that my family doctor is there I would have nothing to do with rude service. Short wait. First time and receptionist very helpful. Dr Peter Hawes was thorough, listened and gave good advice. 10.00am on a Friday morning.

I went to see a doctor who was a short brown skin man. About 3 weeks ago. I had a slight cough, sore throat, tiredness and loss of appetite for about 2 days. He examined my throat check my temperature and diagnosed my lungs by breathing in and out while press my back. Told me I had a virus and just take a rest and to come back if it gets worse. 2 days later, my condition was the same so I took a covid test and was positive for the next 9 days. I want to know if a doctor can be this careless or what?

I have been going here since it opened and never had a problem. My wait time has always been minimal, and I have always been treated with respect and care. I have seen a few doctors here and they have always listened and seemed to really care.
