Booking system doesn't work. Expect to wait 2hrs + despite making an appointment.
I would give a lower rating if it was possible. The doctors are ok but their system treats the patients as an inconvenience. If there was a way of not serving the patients at all would be their goal. The Our Medical system in my opinion is an insult to patient care and if it was not the case that my family doctor is there I would have nothing to do with rude service. We have lived in Maudsland for 14 years. My Medical in Oxenford use to be a proficient and well mannered centre. Coast 2 years it has declined dramatically. When we are desperate enough to wait the 2.5 hours in their lobby, only after checking ourselves in using an app, we see a Doctor who 90% of the time misdiagnoses or shoves us out the door with broad spectrum antibiotics. Short wait. First time and receptionist very helpful. Dr Peter Hawes was thorough, listened and gave good advice. 10.00am on a Friday morning.
After seeing Dr Saha 3 times he refused to have me as a patient due to my blood test. No $$$ in Medicare for him. He was rude arrogant and down right Racist
My disabled brother was taken to see Dr Jameel Khan on a Sunday afternoon and long story short he recognized a skin cancer on his head. Had it biopsied which confirm fast growing sun cancer. was at westmead cancer clinic within a week and he had had surgery and 2 skin grafts to remove all cancer. I thank you so much !!
I went to see a doctor who was a short brown skin man. About 3 weeks ago. I had a slight cough, sore throat, tiredness and loss of appetite for about 2 days. He examined my throat check my temperature and diagnosed my lungs by breathing in and out while press my back. Told me I had a virus and just take a rest and to come back if it gets worse. 2 days later, my condition was the same so I took a covid test and was positive for the next 9 days. I want to know if a doctor can be this careless or what?
Wait time is ridiculous. Doctor was unhelpful. Will never return or recommend.
