I used this service to pick my college age daughter up from O'Hare and bring her to our house in Central Illinois, then return to O'Hare a week later. The drivers were excellent at communicating with me and her and made us feel very safe and confident about using their service. It made the trips stress free and we didn't have to take days off work to drive to Chicago and back. I've used them before and will use them again. Highly recommend!
I appreciate Our Limo's prompt and helpful service. Mike was willing to come in to pickup my luggage and Whitney picked my up on my return and carried it to my house as I was unable to do that myself. He stayed with me at the airport until I was able to check in my bags.
