it should be 0 star, this wound clinic is the worst i have ever seen . the front desk people do not know what they are doing , they do not know how to process insurance clams correctly, and they never actually answer the phone, it 's always phone tag. also they try to bill my old insurance i had years ago , REALLY , i mean when you check in , they ask for your card right , and you give it to them and for some unknown reason they use a completely different insurance info , i am like what the hell is wrong with this clinic and... read more
