Ridiculous staff on one side of the hall and phenomenal on the other side. Rude doctors and nurses!
I have had the most pleasant experience one can hope for with such a specialty center. Getting on the books for my first appointment was tough. I had to jump through a lot of hoops with insurance and my ENT, but that's just how this process works. Dr. Atkins, Mell (my speech therapist), and the wonderful people in reception (looking at you Barbara!) Have made me feel welcome and cared about. They've helped me to improve the quality of my voice by leaps and bounds. I may never get my full voice back, but I've got the tools I ... read more

The treatment received from this hospital has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my entire life. I've never been treated so poorly by another human being.
Wish there was negative 5 stars. I arrived early, with completed paperwork - only positive of this nightmare was the lady at registration. Dr. Whorter couldn’t show up on time, waiting over an hour and would walk awsy if I had not driven 3 hours to get here. To think I’m paying for this! Won’t be back, will definitely find somewhere else to go!
