Wasn’t happy with my visit. I’m typically not this person as I also work in the medical field so I know how it can be but giving someone another persons discharge papers with ALL of their personal information including diagnoses, allergies, and lab orders on them is extremely unprofessional and a violation of HIPPA. I was diagnosed with RA in Idaho back in 2016. Since then I moved to Mississippi which the rheumatologist there said I definitely did have ra I was only 26. Than I moved here about a year ago. The so called rheumatologist I saw Dr. Grewal I thought would actually take the previous results that clearly say I have something and actually look at them. She decided to do everything all over again and than say I don't have anything wrong. I believe she forgets that we can see the test results as well on my chart. I am a person who... read more
Staff was apathetic at best, but mostly rude. I had multiple bad experiences with them, and I finally left for another practice. They do not prioritize responding to your pharmacy, calling back, or checking their fax machine. Perspective patients need to know what to expect.
I have been trying to contact medical records for about two weeks now.
I have to give Mrs.Kenya her flowers I waited for a call back from them for more than a month, which was very frustrating for me. Mrs. Kenya noticed my frustration and took charge, scheduling my appointment promptly. Despite other staff members giving me the runaround, I had to insist on speaking with Mrs. Kenya.
