This is the worst hospital EVER!! They don’t care about there patients and let’s not forget to mention what horrible attitudes the nurses are!!! I have been here for almost 12 hours now trying to figure out what is wrong with my mother and certain things are happening and I no answers and get told oh it’s just gastrointestinal issues which doesn’t explain what she came in for… I have been in healthcare for many years and never have ever not listened or helped anyone. I was there yesterday at 9:31am, triaged done 9:50am, in ER room at 10am. Dr David Lewis was my ER doctor, we discussed my reason for being there and he started collecting data on me like urine, blood stuff, x-rays, 10:21am. Chest X-ray completed. Getting excellent care with no waiting. Blood drawn, urine testing from urine container. All good here waiting for test results then maybe food. Had a ER visit and there was one nurse named Peyton, And I'd like to tell her, sugar you have a bedside manner that you could be making some real Jack on side a fancy doctor somewhere, there is a pleasantry about you no matter what the situation is that you were the only thing that made me feel human that night, while the cops and the guys sitting out in the hallway were laughing and cackling and pointing at me and no one would allow me to call and see if my child was alive, as if I wasn't a human and didn't deserve rights, ... read more
Emergency room security will lie to you and say they have compassion but that is not true. A formal compliment has been filed all video has been reviewed. One lady smirked and when told not funny she got ugly a d had to be told to stop by co worker she needs to be fired. Discrimination in a big way. Once in NICU we were treated with kindness and respect. Stay far away from this Emergency room.
