I was here on midnight of 2/17/26 because my sister was having a GI problem. During our time in the waiting room, I observed the employees behind the patient check-in desk talking to each other and “laughing it up” during their conversation; making it seem like to me that they were showing absolute disrespect towards us and other patients in the waiting room. Went to the ER about a week ago by ambulance for very severe stomach pain and issues. I have preexisting GI disorders and was in urgent need of care. I arrived at the ER around midnight and had to wait nearly 3 hours in the waiting room after arriving, even when I had gone by ambulance. If I knew that I would have to wait as long as, I would’ve gotten someone else to drive me to the ER and saved the money. Came to the emergency room for a EpiPen due to an allergy reaction ran into the most laziest unhelpful healthcare providers. Showed them I’m having an anaphylactic reaction. Showed them a letter from my doctor showing this history. The receptionist kept yawning in my face and kept telling me that they won’t give me an EpiPen or epinephrine . The nurse behind her called me stubborn while I’m advocating for my health. The rent a cop told me that I could not stand by the window.
