Would give them zero stars if I could. The Lake isn't what it used to be. They're incompetent and dismissive now. I went today for oral pain, specifically in the floor of my mouth. They put jaw pain on my chart even when I specified where I'm hurting and what it feels like. They didn't even disclose my results for the CBC or CMP they did, which just shows I can barely consume anything due to the pain. This is the worst hospital EVER!! They don’t care about there patients and let’s not forget to mention what horrible attitudes the nurses are!!! I have been here for almost 12 hours now trying to figure out what is wrong with my mother and certain things are happening and I no answers and get told oh it’s just gastrointestinal issues which doesn’t explain what she came in for… I have been in healthcare for many years and never have ever not listened or helped anyone. I was there yesterday at 9:31am, triaged done 9:50am, in ER room at 10am. Dr David Lewis was my ER doctor, we discussed my reason for being there and he started collecting data on me like urine, blood stuff, x-rays, 10:21am. Chest X-ray completed. Getting excellent care with no waiting. Blood drawn, urine testing from urine container. All good here waiting for test results then maybe food.
