My previous few visits to this office have been smooth and helpful, but my last scheduled visit with Dr. Jean Saunders was cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment due to the doctor "not wanting any new patients" (which was strange as I had seen him a month prior). I can respect that decision, but nonetheless my appointment had been confirmed multiple times that week by the office reaching out to me- including just the afternoon before! OLOL is pathetic. The after hours had a paper stuck to the door stating they are closed due to the amount of patients being seen. They had 5 cars in the parking lot. If it weren’t for my 5 year old with an object stuck in his ear, I would not use the walk in clinic again. They misdiagnosed my 2 year old daughter the time prior to this stating that she had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics for the second time in 2 weeks.
