I checked in downtown stairs and it took about 3 mins. I was sent upstairs to the 10 th floor; waited in the waiting area for about 3 mins and was called to the exam room. The place was easy to find. The clinic was clean, well lit, detailed with directions and not overly crowded. The nurse was very polite, friendly and down to earth. She did my vitals, verified all my meds etc. and did and EKG. Excellent care from Dr Hyde and staff
The two Doctors my family have dealt with have been decent enough. My issue is with how rude one of the staff members is. She was not keen on giving me her name, but she is a blonde haired woman. It is a shame, as otherwise my family members and I have had good experiences here. Tread lightly, as you may find yourself among talented doctors while being disrespected by someone who has no business even being in a medical environment.
