I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I checked my Mom in early for her appointment. Within minutes she was taken back for her X-Ray. They unwrapped her foot leaving her injuries 100% exposed, completed the X-Rays, & shipped her right back into the waiting room completely exposed as shown in the pictures. She waited that way for over an hour before being called back. No one cared. Called names of people that checked in after her. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY UNSANITARY FIRST OF ALL. My bf dislocated his knee, went to the lake’s ER, got a brace, and discharge papers that had no specific follow up on them. So naturally, we decide to make our appointment here since he came from the Lake’s ER... Woman on the phone says the only appointment is 2 months from then, and there’s nothing we can do about it. Today my bf walks in, and is told by his doctor that because his knee was in the brace too long, he is stunted on his ability to start walking again. Actually pathetic how disconnected American healthcare is.
