Horrible wait times and now they have a metal detector in the facility. Go somewhere else and avoid this place! Horrible experience and you are not safe here

Brought My grandma here because a small wound on the side of her face wouldn’t stop bleeding and it have been bleeding over and hour. Get to the back and they claim they have no beds so they sent my grandma to the other side which is the urgent care. While the lady is up in here flirting with police/security guard. Told us that if the urgent can’t do anything that are just gonna send my grandma right back to the emergency department.
