Do NOT WASTE MONEY. I am leaving feeling the exact same. They couldnt find out whats wrong with me. They dont offer any pillows so my neck hurt the entire time I was stuck on the hard bed. And then they say my copay was $500 even tho the er copay that is on my card says $325. I paid all this money to see a nurse practitioner. I've never even seen a dang doctor. What is wrong with this place? Charging all that money and not even finding the problem.
My husband's appendix burst in the middle of the night. I rushed him there and no one would see him at all for about 15 minutes. We sat in the lobby while he was screaming in pain. Finally he was seen ..we were there almost 3 hours before they sent him by ambulance to a REAL hospital. There is only one doctor there but lots of nurses and others. I would never recommend anyone to go there. He almost died. They did emergency surgery at the lake. We were told he got there just in time. It wasn't good.
Wait time can be better, staff is really friendly, but if you're there for an annual well visit make sure they don't ask about depression or take urine samples unless they explain that they will charge for it bc it happened to me without my consent or knowledge of it and they charged me for it as a regular visit. There was also an incident 2 years ago where my child was given a vaccine that I denied bc I wanted to learn more about it. Other than these things, the staff is friendly and attentive.
