I went to the emergency room at Our Lady of the Lake Walker Emergency Room because I had a severe migraine, fever, hot and cold flashes, trouble breathing, weakness, dehydration, and intense pressure in my head. Brought my 17 month old in who was having an active allergic reaction into the emergency department. From the start was greeted with an attitude from lady behind desk (er desk) and checked in. Was sent to wait in waiting room to wait to be called into triage. Called into triage and had her vitals checked just to be sent back out to the waiting area as her reaction continues to get worse. Waited a while before finally deciding to go up to the desk to let them know that we will be taking her to the children’s hospital instead.... read more
Nurses were great but the doctors were terrible and were completely unhelpful.
