If there was negative stars I would. Don’t trust the hospital with any of my kids ever again
Went in because my 1 year old son fell down and bumped his arm. The doctors went behind my back and called the sheriffs dept and opened a case with cps. When I confronted the doctor he immediately wanted complete x-rays. Although the doctor told me he was perfect, he told cps, my son is under-weight and had multiple breaks. They then shoved the bill in my face to cover the work they had requested for cps. Also they want a one week follow up which im sure theyre going to try to charge me for as well. Everyone was great. Dr Lysa was amazing with our baby. It is honestly the best experience we have had at a children's hospital with one of our children. Yes there was a wait but as a parent we should understand that there are other children in need of care. We understand the need for the hospital to take in their patients dependent on their emergency or in order. We had a great experience overall, our baby is doing well now and we would not hesitate to be back if needed. Thank you to the whole staff for the amazing service. ... read more
